New Home Warranty

New Home Warranty is an independent program voluntarily established by members of the industry to protect new homebuyers. Its objective is to assure owners of eligible new homes in the Province of British Columbia (homes that have been built by a Registered Builder Member of the Program) that their homes are constructed to accepted building standards and are covered by a warranty acceptable to the public and the industry.
